Which placements we pierce, how long they take to heal and what matters for each.
Ear
Most piercings sit on the ear — and most of those in cartilage. Cartilage takes considerably longer than the lobe because it has a poorer blood supply.

6–12 monthsOuter rim of the ear, cartilage.
Industrial
6–12 monthsTwo holes, one bar. Only sits well on a suitable ear shape — we check first.
Tragus
6–12 monthsThe cartilage flap in front of the ear canal.
Conch
6–12 monthsThe inner shell of the ear.
Daith
6–12 monthsThe inner cartilage fold.
Rook
6–12 monthsThe cartilage ridge above the daith.
Face
Highly visible, and correspondingly unforgiving when it comes to placement and angle.
Nasenflügel

6–8 weeksSits in the fold of skin, not through the cartilage.
Augenbraue
2–4 monthsLippe / Labret

6–8 weeksCentred in the philtrum.
Monroe
6–8 weeksTo one side above the upper lip.
Mouth
Oral piercings heal quickly but demand the most consistent aftercare — rinse after every meal.
Zunge

Only possible if the frenulum is pronounced enough.
Smiley
Upper lip frenulum. Sits close to the teeth — keep an eye on the enamel.
Body
Longer healing, more friction from clothing — this is where patience pays off most.
Bauchnabel
6–12 monthsTight waistbands slow the healing down.
Brustwarze
6–12 monthsFrom the age of 18 only.
Oberflächenpiercing
Sits flat under the skin and is rejected by the body more readily than other placements.

Age limits
From the age of 16 — under 18 only accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with their written consent. Please bring photo ID for both of you.
Intimate and nipple piercings are done from 18 only, without exception.
