Every piece is drawn for one person and one placement. A picture from the internet is a starting point, never the result.
An honest estimate
Some ideas cannot be done cleanly at the size you want; some heal badly where you want them. We say so beforehand, not afterwards.
Time on the day
An appointment belongs to one person. Rushing between two customers is not how clean work happens.

Rework
Sometimes nothing has to go — lines are redrawn, details added, colours refreshed. It is the smaller intervention and often the better result, because the piece that once meant something to you stays.
